APPROVAL OF PERMANENT SIGN FOR PARKRIDGE APARTMENTS OFF
PARKLAND DRIVE BY GE.RALD KOZEY (BREANN RIDGE SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Gerald Kozey for
RESOLUTION #P.C. 197-92

one 21'8" X 6' 8" permanent sign to be located on the eight
family lot at the corner of Parkland Drive and Jacob Court, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks and the Plan Commission has authority to
approve the type and size of permanent subdivision signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one 21'8" X 6' 8" permanent sign to be located on the eight
family lot at the northeast corner of Parkland Drive and Jacob
Court which shall be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the
City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign be constructed in
conformance with the submitted sketches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting.
