JANESVILLE ROAD BY TERRA DEVELOPMENT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 195-92
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Terra Development
for one 0' X 12' permanent sign to be located 39' off Janesville
Road and located at the entrance drive to the Overlook Bay
Apartments, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed in conformance with the
signage setbacks and replace the existing temporary sign, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of permanent subdivision signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one 8' X 12' permanent sign to be located in the median at the
entrance to Overlook Bay Apartments off Janesville Road which
