PCR1992194APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY SIGNS AND ONE PERMANENT SIGN FOR TERRA RESOLUTION #P.C. 194-92 DEVELOPMENT AT PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION -> WHEREAS, Terra Development is requesting sign approval for two temporary signs for one year and one permanent sign, and WHEREAS, One temporary sign is to be installed on the property on an outlot at the south (main) entrance and another is to be installed on Lot 2 of the proposed subdivision west entrance and the permanent sign is to be located in the median of the boulevard entrance at the south entrance to the project and outside of the vision corner, and WHEREAS, The temporary signs are one-sided, freestanding wooden signs, and are non-illuminated with painted copy and both will be installed in conformance with the signage setbacks, and type and size of temporary signage for a period not to exceed WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the one year for on-site signs with extensions for six month intervals. the two temporary (4'X 8' and 8' X 12') freestanding wooden signs which are non-illuminated, with painted copy for one year one sign is to be located on the specified outlot at the south if installed in conformance with the signage setbacks and that entrance and the other in Lot 2 at the west entrance and that the signs be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances and submitted sketches.
