RESOLUTION #P.C. 193-92
SECTION 33 FOR ORVILLE PETERS - ~.
division for two parcels in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 33,
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on August 7, 1992 for a land
on the south side of Muskego Dam Road, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned EA and the Plan Commission
recommended that the property be rezoned to A - Agricultural
District through Resolution #P.C. 192-92 which requires a
minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 300 feet, and
parcel and a 144 acre parcel and the proposed sketch indicates WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create a 12 acre
that the parcels meet the size and width requirements and the 1.2
acre lot would be served by an on-site sewage treatment system,
and would have suitable access off of Muskego Dam Road with an
additional dedication since Muskego Dam Road is a 100' road to
the east and an 80' road to the south on the City's Highway
Width Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 .of Section 33 for two
parcels on the south side of Muskego Dam Road subject to a
suitable road dedication for Muskego Dam Road.
