Cathrine Burkett to amend the Official. Zonina MaD of the Citv of
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mr. Orville Peters and
Muskego for the property located in the SW 174 and SE 1/4 of-
Section 33 (Tax Key #2291.998) from EA Exclusive Aqriculture to
A Aqricultural District to allow a single family residential
and agricultural development, and
WHEREAS, The parcel is on the south side of Muskego Dam Road
and is surrounded by low density agricultural and rural
residential development and the request is compatible with the
surrounding area and with the zoning which was in place at the
time the City entered into the Exclusive Agriculture program,
and
Council, the developer will submit a Certified Survey Map for a
proposed land division subject to the review and approval of the
Plan Commission and Common Council.
WHEREAS, Upon approval of the rezoning by the Common

Agriculture to A - Aqricultural District to allow single family
residential and aaricultural development and that upon the
approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the- Official
Zoning Map be amended.
