APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT W193 S7179 RICHDORF
DRIVE FOR ROBERT BANKENBUSCH
WHEREAS, A site plan and COnStrUCtiOn information was
submitted on August 7, 1992, to Construct a 14' x 16' second
garage structure at W193 57179 Richdorf Drive for Robert
I Bankenbusch, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
would be compatible with the applicant's residence, and
setbacks of the zoning district and the architectural appearance
the site from W193 57198 Richdorf Drive (Mr. John Haftarski),
and
WHEREAS, The applicant intends to relocate the structure to

Drive subject to the buildins beins dismantled Drior to being 0, moved onto the site. -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
