for WESCO Machine Products for a flat wall sign at S84 W18569
WHEREAS, Newman Sign Company has submitted a sign request
Enterprise Drive , and
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the
building, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover five (5)
percent of the wall area which meets the allowance of the 1-1
Zoning District (refer to the B-1 Zoning District), and
was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution P.C. #
40-92.
WHEREAS, A building, site and operation plan for this site
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the flat wall sign for WESCO Machine Products at S84 W18569
Enterprise Drive subject to the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning
District which stipulate that the sign not exceed five percent
of the wall area on which the sign is to be located and that the
sign be in conformance with the submitted sketch.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the sign.
