WHEREAS, A certified survey map for a four parcel land
I, 1992, to divide land in the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This land division is a redivision of the same
property which was approved by the Plan Commission through
Resolution #P.C. 123-85 and through Common Council Resolution
#211-85, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Dennis and Kathleen Brophey in the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in the
the Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for four parcels for
Town of Norway.
