APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO LOTS IN THE SE 1/4 OF
SECTION 11 BY TOM WERNETTE ON RESTFULL LANE
August 7, 1992 for a land division for two parcels consisting of
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted as a sketch on
2.4 acres in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 which was approved by the
Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 186-92, and
WHEREAS, The the property is zoned RS-2 and the RS-2 Zoning
minimum average width of 110 feet and the proposed lots meet the
District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a
lot size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
sewer, with access to the property being from Restful1 Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the
SE 1/4 of Section 11 and recommend approval to the Common
August 12, 1992), and payment of all fees in Section 10 of the
Council subject to approval of the City Engineers (letter dated
Land Division Ordinance.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face
of the Certified Survey Map which restricts access to Parcel 2
from Bluhm Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lot grade be set on the
Certified Survey Map prior to approval of the Common Council.
