APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS IN THE SE
1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY TOM WERNETTE
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted as a sketch on
August I, 1992 for a land division for two parcels consisting of
2.4 acres in the SE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 and the Plan
Commission has previously approved six lots adjacent to these
lots with these two lots being the last two lots at the end of
Restfull Lane, and
size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110
WHEREAS, The RS-2 Zoning District requires a minimum lot
feet and the proposed land division meets the lot size and width
requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
sewer, with access to the property being from Restfull Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 11.
