IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7 FOR JOANNE GILLESPIE

division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 on Field Drive
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 10, 1992 for a land
for Joanne Gillespie which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
145-92, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RCE which requires a minimum lot
width of 250 feet and the proposed land division meets the lot
size of 120,000 square feet (2.75 Acres) and a minimum average
size and width requirements of the RCE Zoning District, and
approximately 3.0 acres and another parcel of approximately 16.9
acres, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
WHEREAS, Soils information has not been received by the City
which indicate whether the on-site soils are suitable for a
mound system for the 16.9 acre site, and
lots access off of Field Drive.
WHEREAS, The proposed land division is shown to have both
0 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the
SE 1/4 of Section 7 and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to approval of the City Engineers (letter dated August
7, 1992), payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and subject to the submittal of documentation of a
satisfactory perc test for Parcel 2.
