PCR1992182- OF SECTION 18 (HILLENDALE DRIVE), FOR LOUIS A. WILKINSON WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on June 11, 1992, to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into six single family lots and the property is zoned RS-2, and WHEREAS, The the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements for the proposed use and zoning district requirements and the lots would be served by municipal water and sewer and the Final Plat for six lots substantially conforms to the Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 166-92 WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection and the City Engineers had no objection to the Final Plat in their letter dated July 29, 1992, and WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has not yet certified the Final Plat. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the the NE 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the remaining objecting City of Muskego approve the Final Plat for Wilkinson Estates in agencies concerns and payment of all applicable subdivision fees .
