PCR1992180AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR ONE PARCEL IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR HAROLD DEBACK (END OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE) RESOLUTION #P.C. 180-92 division for one parcel consisting of 7.467 acres in the SE 1/4 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on July 22, 1992 for a land of Section 17 which was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 173-92, and Commission through Resolution #P.C. 172-92 recommended that a WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 and the Plan portion of the property be rezoned from RS-2 to 1-1 for the purpose of constructing a machine shop in conjunction with a residence adjacent to the City's Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, The Common Council held a Public Hearing to hear comments on the rezoning request on August 11, 1992, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and width requirements of the RS-2 and 1-1 Zoning Districts, and WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal 0 extension of Enterprise Drive. sewer and water, with access to the property being from the NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineers (letter dated August 7, 1992), payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land with a replacement of the Cul-De-Sac. Division Ordinance subject to the extension of Enterprise Drive BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no further land divisions are permitted for the residentially zoned RS-2 portion of the property.
