PCR1992179RESOLUTION #P.C. 179-92 AMENDED APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION TO SELL CITY OWNED PROPERTY ON HOLZ DRIVE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13 WHEREAS, The City of Muskego owns property on Holz Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 13 (Tax Key #'s 2211.030 and 2211.031), and WHEREAS, Section 62.23 (5), Wisconsin Statutes, sets forth the matters which must be referred to the Plan Commission for its advisory report before final action may be taken by the Common Council or designee, and lot size of 60,000 square feet and a minimum average width of WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 which requires a minimum 175 feet and if the tax parcels are combined and conveyed under single ownership, the new lot would be approximately 117 feet in width and contain approximately 24,219 square feet, and WHEREAS, The lots would gain legal lot status if conveyed so as to remain in single ownership. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission in its advisory report, recommends to the Common Council that the lots be placed for sale subject to the condition that the lots shall not be redivided in the future whether a municipal sewer system is present or not. 0 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 8-4-82 Defeated Deferred 7/29/92
