1/4 OF SECTION 8 FOR BLENDA TREBA AT W199 S7476 HILLENDALE DRIVE
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on July 20, 1992 for a land
division for two parcels consisting of 7.467 acres in the SE 1/4
of Section 17, and
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and the proposed land division meets the lot
size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
sewer with access to the property being from Hillendale Drive.
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 8.
