PCR1992173APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR ONE PARCEL IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR HAROLD DEBACK (END OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE) RESOLUTION #P.C. 173-92 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on July 22, 1992 for a land division for one parcel consisting of 7.467 acres in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and Commission through Resolution #P.C. 172-92 recommended that a WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 and the Plan portion of the property be rezoned from RS-2 to 1-1 for the purpose of constructing a machine shop in conjunction with a residence adjacent to the City‘s Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, The RS-2 Zoning District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet and the 1-1 Zoning District requires a minimum lot size of the proposed land division meets the lot size and width 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150 feet and requirements of the RS-2 and 1-1 Zoning Districts, and WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal extension of Enterprise Drive. sewer and water, with access to the property being from the NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 subject to the Cul-De-Sac. extension of Enterprise Drive with a replacement of the Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted ... ” 9- Defeated Deferred 7/28/92
