APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FROM
RS-2 TO 1-1 TO ALLOW A MACHINE SHOP ADJACENT TO THE CITY'S
INDUSTRIAL PARK BY MR. JOSEPH SANTI (END OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mr. Joseph Santi to
amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the
property located at the west end of Enterprise Drive (Tax Key
#2227.999.001) from RS-2 Suburban Residence to 1-1 Industrial
Park District to allow a machine shop in conjunction with a
residence adjacent to the City's Industrial Park, and
property to 1-1 while leaving the western portion as RS-2 for
the purpose of constructing a residence, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone the eastern portion of the
