HILLENDALE DRIVE
permission to Yeager Trucking to park trucks at W207 S8050
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 159-87 the Plan Commission gave
WHEREAS, This permit was granted until sewers were available
and reviewed annually, and
WHEREAS, The City has installed sewers in Hillendale Drive,
and
WHEREAS, The Yeager's are requesting parking for two
tri-axle dump trucks, and
WHEREAS, There is no contemplated development of this
property with the exception of three homes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the parking of two tri-axle dump trucks under the same
conditions that were established in Resolution #P.C. 159-87.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to:
1. - Trucks be parked inside the building.
2. - Trucks are to be empty when stored.
3. - Yearly review of parking.
