APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR JOHN AND SANDRA
MECCA IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17 (WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on July 10, 1992 for a land
division for three (3) lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, on the
north side of Woods Road, and
lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
110 feet, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum
WHEREAS, The three proposed lots can meet the lot size and
width requirements and all three lots would be served by sewer
through the Plum Creek development, and
access off of Woods Road with an additional seven feet of
WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions would have suitable
dedication since Woods Road is an 80' road on the City's Highway
Width Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 for three (3) lots
dedication is required for Woods Road.
