RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-92
AMERICAN & FOREIGN AUTO BODY AND SALES FOR DALAL
WHEREAS, Samir and Antoinette Dalal have submitted a plot
plan and building plans along with lighting, signage and
landscaping information for American & Foreign Body Shop at 583
W19024 Saturn Drive which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
93-92, and
WHEREAS, Samir and Antoinette Dalal are requesting that the
Plan Commission approve the original plan for the construction
of the building with a partial cedar facade rather than a
complete brick office portion, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the site plan for the American and
Foreign Auto Body and Sales at S83 W19024 Saturn Drive subject
to previous conditions of Resolution #P.C. 93-92 with the
exception of the brick requirement to the eve for the office
portion.
