WALGREENS, STRIP CENTER
Resolution #P.C. 154-92 for the Muskego Center and has submitted
a revised sign request for the flat wall signs for the Walgreens
Store, and
WHEREAS, Mr. C.V. Zillig was granted sign approval through
Wallgreens flat wall sign and Mr. Zillig inadvertantly ommited
the specific Walgreens request with the previous approval and
the request meets the previous approval of 1.5 square feet of
signage for each lineal foot of frontage, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to specify the exact size of the
WHEREAS, The signage is proposed to be installed as per Mr.
Zillig's letter dated July 9, 1992.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the signage request for the Muskego Center for Walgreens in
accordance with the submitted sketch.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
errecting the sign and that Walgreens is not required to produce
a letter from Mr. Zillig approving the type of flat wall sign
prior to obtaining a sign permit from the Building Department
since this Resolution consitutes Plan Commission and Mr.
Zillig's approval.
