APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THE PARKLAND MALL (JEROME DRUGS) AT 574 W16782 JANESVILLE ROAD BY JEROME GOTTFRIED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 162-92
amend the site plan previously approved in Resolution #P.C.
at S74 W16782 Janesville Road, and
142-92 for the Drug Store located in the Parkland Mall located
WHEREAS, Jerome Gottfried (Jerome Drugs) is requesting to
WHEREAS, Mr. Gottfried has modified his request regarding
requesting to add aluminum facia and a sign to the building, and
the placement of windows on the south elevation and is
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the amended site plan
Department for any new signs and building plans, the revised
subject to obtaining the necessary permits from the Building
site plan (dated June 16, 1992 -- now July 7, 1992) being kept
on file at the City of Muskego, the owner presenting the sign
request and facia remodeling plans, the tenants of the Mall be
notified of this remodeling and a site plan be submitted before
obtaining a building permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended site plan for Jerome Drugs subject to obtaining the
building plans and that the building modifications be in
necessary permits from the Building Department for signage and
accordance with the revised site plan (dated July 7, 1992).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Mr. Gottfried work with his
architect and submit to the Plan Director final window sizes,
and that the existing interior signage will be placed on the
exterior of the building, and that the facia will be
constructed as shown on the sketch excluding florescent colors,
and that the chalet facade will be removed.
