THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
RESOLUTION OF THE PLAN COMMISSION ON THE ADOPTION OF
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
appointed a Comprehensive Plan Study Committee in 1989 which was
charged with preparing an update to the City's Comprehensive
Land Use Plan, and
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan Study Committee presented
its final draft document to the Plan Commission on February 26,
1992 and subsequently met with the Plan Commission on March 25,
and
1992, April 1, 1992, and April 29, 1992 to review said document,
has made revisions to the draft Plan and Map and conducted a
Public Hearing on June 30, 1992 at 7:OO P.M. to hear comments
from the residents of the City of Muskego on the proposed Plan.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission held six Special Meetings and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does

hereby adopt the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the City of
the March 25, 1992, April 1, 1992, and April 29, 1992 and the
six Special Meetings held May 27, 1992, July 7, 1992, July 21,
and that this revised document be made available for inspection
1992, August 4, 1992, August 18, 1992, and September 1, 1992,
in the Planning Department upon printing.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the following
parcels attached as Exhibits A-1 and A-2 be rezoned as specified
on Exhibit A-1 and A-2 and that the affected property owners be
notified in writing of the Public Hearing of the Common Council
to consider said rezonings and that a Class 2 Notice be
published in the Muskego Sun notifying the public of the Public
Hearing.
