APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN FOR THE SILVER BULLET TAVERN FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 159-92
LINDA KARRAS AT S76 W17957 JANESVILLE ROAD
to place a flat wall sign (reader board) for the tavern in
conformance with the B-3 zoning district regulations, and
WHEREAS, Linda Karras is requesting Plan Commission approval
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the
building under the eaves for the main entrance, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover not more
than five (5) percent of the wall area which is a requirement of
the B-3 Zoning District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the flat wall sign for Linda Karras at S76 W17957 Janesville
Road subject to the requirements of the 8-3 Zoning District
which stipulate that the sign(s) not exceed 5% of the wall area
on which the sign is to be located.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign be limited in size to
be custom fit under the eaves for the main entrance and be
illuminated only during normal business hours.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting.
