APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE NE
1/4 OF SECTION 1 FOR BONNIE LEMKE
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 26, 1992 for a land
division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-2 wherein the RS-2 Zoning
District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a
minimum average width of 110 feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division does not meet the lot
size or width requirements (for the eastern lot), and
WHEREAS, The land division could meet the requirements of
the RS-2 zoning district by moving the lot line to the west, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be connected municipal
sewers and would have one access to Kipling Drive and one access
to Janesville Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 1 subject to; meeting
the lot size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District,
Department of Transportation permitting access to Janesville
the submittal of documentation from the Waukesha County
Drive for the western lot.
Road for the eastern lot, and restricting access to Kipling
