Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 17 in the Town of Norway
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Final Plat for Day Break
was submitted on June 24, 1992, for a 13 lot subdivision with
one outlot, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat has not been previously approved
by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat depicts 13 single family lots, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat in the NW 1/4 of Section 17 in the Town of Norway and notes
that all applicable fees have been paid to the City of Muskego.
