PCR1992155APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
STONEY CREEK RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2
RESOLUTION P.C. #155-92
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #709 and
subsequently approved Ordinance #754 which granted RSM/OPD
Zoning for Lutherans Inc. for Elderly (L.I.F.E.), and
Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 158 and approved signage
and landscaping through Resolution #P.C. 181-90, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Building, Site and

requested that the site plan be reviewed for access to Tess

requested that assurances be made to the City regarding the

(received) June 26, 1992 subject to adherence to the submitted
plans and that the landscape plan for the pond be resubmitted to
design of the pond as required in Resolution # P.C.181-90.

Permit but shall be required prior to issuance of occupancy
