Re: Sign Criteria
Dear Larry:
The folloving are thf! details of my proposed master
sign plan for the Walgreens store and the other Strip
tenants. The propcsed plan tracks the Lincoln Point plan 0 and is as follows:
A) Individually lit channel letters mounted on a
B) Smaller cebinet style signs can accompany the
raceway.
channel letters t:o help identify the merchants.
Example: The One Hour Martinizing sign at Lincoln
Point has One Hour in 2 box just above the larger
channel letter sign spelling out Martinizing.
C) The letters can c:ovec an area in square feet equal
D) The letters will range in height from 15" to 30",
to one and one-he.lf times the s.tore's frontage.
E) Each sign can be whatever color the tenant wishes,
always striving for symmetry and uniformity.
however, I vi11 etrive to have all non-national
tenant's signs ir;. the same red as the pylon reds of
Pick N Save and Kalgreens.
