ESTATES WEST ADDITION #1 SUBDIVISION (EICHE PROPERTY) SW 1/4 OF
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE POINT
SECTION 10 FOR MIKE KAEREK
WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted on
June 12, 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 10
into 81 single family lots under RS-2 Zoning, and
WHEREAS, The proposed dwelling unit density is 1.42 units
per gross acre.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a preliminary plat for Lake Point Estates West
Addition #1 Subdivision (Kaerek Builders) in the SW 1/4 of
Section 10 and will be receptive to a preliminary plat with the
following conditions:
1. all lots will meet the RS-2 Zoning District size and width
2. deed restrictions will be placed on all lots adjacent to
requirements.
Parkland Drive to restrict access to Parkland Drive as well
as corner lots on Lannon Drive (lots 1, 58,59, and 71).
south of Lake Ridge Apts. to the WEPCO right-of-way to
provide access to the bike path.
