PCR1992153AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 153-92 ESTATES WEST ADDITION #1 SUBDIVISION (EICHE PROPERTY) SW 1/4 OF APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE POINT SECTION 10 FOR MIKE KAEREK WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted on June 12, 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 into 81 single family lots under RS-2 Zoning, and WHEREAS, The proposed dwelling unit density is 1.42 units per gross acre. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for a preliminary plat for Lake Point Estates West Addition #1 Subdivision (Kaerek Builders) in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 and will be receptive to a preliminary plat with the following conditions: 1. all lots will meet the RS-2 Zoning District size and width 2. deed restrictions will be placed on all lots adjacent to requirements.
