APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR FOUR 14) LOTS IN THE NW
RESOLUTION #P.C. 152-92
1/4 OF SECTION 14 FOR ELKE REA '
division for four lots in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 12, 1992 for a land
District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and
a minimum average width of 110 feet, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-2 wherein the RS-2 Zoning
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create three lots of
approximately 23,460 square feet and one parcel of
approximately 3.4 acres, and
WHEREAS, Three of the parcels are proposed to be connected
to the sanitary sewer system of the Foxboro Subdivision and the
fourth parcel is proposed to continue to utilize an existing
on-site sewage treatment system and the lots would have access
to Foxboro Place and a land dedication is not necessary for
Mystic Drive since an existing 60' Right-of-way presently
exists, and
WHEREAS, Lot number three will be required to have access
restricted to Foxboro Place as well as a vision corner
restriction and lot number two will not be oermitted to have
any additional outbuildings (existing building is approximately
1,125 Sq. Ft.).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Lot number three will be
required to have access restricted to Foxboro Place as well as
a vision corner restriction and no additional outbuildings are
permitted on Lot 2.
