PCR1992151APPROVAL OF OUTBUILDING PLAN IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7 FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 151-92 JOANNE GILLESPIE WHEREAS, A sketch for a land division was submitted on June 10, 1992 for a land division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 on Field Drive for Joanne Gillespie and was approved through Resolution #P.C. 145-92, and size of 120,000 square feet (2.75 Acres) and a minimum average width of 250 feet and the proposed land division meets the lot size and width requirements of the RCE Zoning District by creating one parcel of approximately 3.0 acres and another parcel of approximately 16.9 acres, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned RCE which requires a minimum lot WHEREAS, Mrs. Gillespe is requesting to add a 60' X 30' (1,800 square foot) pole building to the proposed 16.9 acre lot adjacent to an existing 35' X 36' pole building which requires Plan Commission approval since the proposed building is larger than 240 square feet, and WHEREAS, The proposed use of the building is to expand the wetlands nursery operation. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the 30' X 60' pole building in an RCE Zoning District in a predominately undeveloped area in accordance with Section 17:8.01 (7) B 2.
