RESOLUTION #P.C. 150-92
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR FOUR (4) LOTS
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT (PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 10, 1992 for a land
division for four lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for Terra
Development along Woods Road and was approved by the Plan
Commission through Resolution #P.C. 140-92, and
WHEREAS, this land is zoned RS-2/0PD and the four lots are
part of the Plum Creek Development wherein the lots meet the
requirements of the Zoning District and the previous sketches
approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are served by municipal water and
sewer and have direct access to Woods Road and the future
project entrance, and
to RS-2/OPD zoning, and
WHEREAS, the balance of the land is to be deed restricted
0 which subjects these four lots to the deed restrictions which
WHEREAS, a note must be placed on the Certified Survey Map
will be placed on the remaining single family lots in the Plum
Creek Development.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in
the SE 1/4 of Section 17 and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to a temporary easement being recorded to
provide access to Lot 4 via the future project entrance road
and permanently restricting access for this lot to Woods Road
and subject to approval of the city engineers, payment of all
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
