PCR1992148APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR LAKE FOREST RESOLUTION #P.C. 148-92 ADDITION #2 TERRA DEVELOPMENT SW 1/4 OF SECTION 8 15, 1990 through Resolution #P.C. 84-90 and the Preliminary Plat WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for 170 lots was approved on May was approved by the Common Council through Resolution #140-90, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat consisting of 25 lots substantially conforms to the Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 84-90, and WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection with one recommendation and that this recommendation is to be addressed prior to signing the plat as well as the concerns of the City's Engineers in their letter dated June 19, 1992, and Trade and Consumer Protection has certified the plat as non-objectional subject to correcting several technical items, and WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture, previously reviewed and approved deed restrictions. WHEREAS, The deed restrictions are in conformance with THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the Deed Restrictions for the Lake Forest Addition #2 Subdivision and the Final Plat subject to the one recommendation of the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission, the remaining objecting agencies concerns, the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1992, payment of all applicable subdivision fees, and approval of subdivider's agreement and letter of credit.
