GEMINI DRIVE BY GLENN MILLER
Superior EPS Industries to place a non-illuminated
freestanding sign at S82 W18848 Gemini Drive to advertise the
business operation, and
WHEREAS, A request has been made by Glenn Miller of
WHEREAS, No permit information or Plan Commission approval
for the existing free standing sign has been located in the
address file for the property and is therefore required to be
approved by the Plan Commission, and
be in conformance with the 1-1 Zoning District per the B-1
Zoning District Regulations which limits the size of the
freestanding sign to 29 square feet based on 239 feet of width
on Gemini Drive.
WHEREAS, The size and location of the sign is required to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one free standing sign for the property located at S82 W18848
Gemini Drive which shall be in conformance with Chapter 17 and
31 of the City's Code of Ordinances and that the one free
standing sign shall be designed, landscaped and located in
conformance with the submitted sketches. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Muskego Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED, That the freestanding sign is
