FIREWORKS AT LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER NEAR SANDRA ROBERTS
HAIR DESIGN
locate a temporary sales tent and signs advertising the sale of
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Sammy Mankarious to
WHEREAS, One sign will be freestanding and one a banner in
the parking lot of the Lincoln Point Shopping Center near the
entrance and the tent will be 30' x 15' with a 20' x 8' storage
container.
WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be:
-July 3rd and 4th from 9:00 AM until midnight and
-June 20, 1992 to July 10, 1992 from 9:00 AM until 11:OO PM, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the request for temporary signs and stand at the Lincoln Point
Shopping Center for fireworks sales for Sammy Mankarious subject
to the above conditions.
