APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR THE PARKLAND MALL (JEROME DRUGS) AT SI4 W16782 JANESVILLE ROAD BY JEROME GOTTFRIED
amend the site plan for the Drug Store located in the Parkland
Mall located at S74 W16782 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Jerome Gottfried (Jerome Drugs) is requesting to

Development and the proposed change is compatible with the mall

WHEREAS, The amendment is being proposed to modernize the
appearance of the site by reducing the amount of signage on
the front and sides of the building and limiting the signage
on the east side of the building.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised site plan and signage subject to obtaining the
necessary permits from the Building Department for any new
signs and building plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
June 16, 1992) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the owner present the sign
request and facia remodeling plans and that the tenants of the
Mall be notified of this remodeling and a site plan be
submitted before obtaining a building permit.
