APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR FOUR (4) LOTS IN THE sw ..
1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR TERRA
DEVELOPMENT (PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 10, 1992 for a land
division for four lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 8 and the SE 1/4
of Section 17 for Terra Development along Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-2/0PD and the four lots are
part of the Plum Creek Development wherein the lots meet the
requirements of the Zoning District and the previous sketches
approved by the Plan Commission, and
and have direct access to Woods Road and the future project
entrance, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are served by municipal water and sewer
WHEREAS, the balance of the land to be deed restricted to
RS-2/0PD zoning.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 8 and the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 on Woods Road subject to a temporary easement being
recorded to provide access to Lot 4 via the future project
entrance road and permanently restricting access for this lot to
Woods Road.
