PCR19921396 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE NE
1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR JOHN SURINAK
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on June 10, 1992 for a land
RESOLUTION #P.C. 139-92
division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 and is within the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park wherein the 1-1 Zoning District
requires a minimum lot size of 43,560 square feet (1 acre) and a
minimum average width of 150 feet, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District by creating two
1.1 acre parcels, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are served by municipal water and sewer
and have direct access to Apollo Drive and the City has chosen
not to exercise its Right-of-First-Refusal as stipulated in the
Rules and Regulation of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 on Apollo Drive in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
