RICHDORF DRIVE FOR JOHN HAFTARSKI
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted
on June 2, 1992, to construct a 24' x 32' (768 sq. ft.) second
garage structure, and
15,400 square feet in a RS-2 zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The lot is a non-conforming lot of approximately
setbacks of the zoning district (RS-2) and the Board of Zoning
Appeals granted setback variances at their meeting of May 28,
1992 including a fire wall variance, and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence
and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does not meet the
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
for the storage of lawn and garden equipment, a garden tractor,
two automobiles, and a boat and the Plan Commission has
authority to approve the type and size of second garage
structures.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve

to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
