PCR1992138AMENDED APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT W193 57198 RESOLUTION #P.C. 138-92 RICHDORF DRIVE FOR JOHN HAFTARSKI WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted on June 2, 1992, to construct a 24' x 32' (768 sq. ft.) second garage structure, and 15,400 square feet in a RS-2 zoning district, and WHEREAS, The lot is a non-conforming lot of approximately setbacks of the zoning district (RS-2) and the Board of Zoning Appeals granted setback variances at their meeting of May 28, 1992 including a fire wall variance, and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does not meet the WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for the storage of lawn and garden equipment, a garden tractor, two automobiles, and a boat and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures. the construction of a 20' x 24' second garage structure at W193 S7198 Richdorf Drive for Mr. John Haftarski subject to screening the garage from Richdorf Drive with two (2) mature 4' high evergreens..
