APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR KELLY ESTATES SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION #P.C. 134-92
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 AND THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (KELLY DRIVE,
LYONS PARK DRIVE EXTENDED) FOR RUSSELL KILPS
1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the NW
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was s,ubmitted on April 21,
1/4 of Section 16 into four single family lots and six duplex
lots for a total of 18 dwelling units and the property was
rezoned through Ordinance #721 from RS-2 to RSA and a Sketch
for a Land Division was approved through Resolution #P.C.
114-91, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the extension
of utilities which are now proposed to be completed and
conditioned to require deed restrictions with site approval,
and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum
size and width requirements for the proposed use and zoning
district requirements.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Preliminary Plat for Kelly Estates in the SW 1/4 of Section
Plat with the following conditions:
9 and the NW 1/4 of Section 16 and will be receptive to a Final

2. deed restrictions will be placed on lots 5 and 8 lots

3. all six (6) of the duplexes will be required to be approved
via site plan to be presented to the Plan Commission at one
time and deed restrictions will be required with site plan
approval.
4. the City Engineers comments must be addressed on the Final
Plat with the exception of items 11 through 14 and item 12
must be addressed through the Public Works Committee.
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Protection must also be addressed.
Right-of-way and along lots 5 and 8 a sidewalk to be
compatible with Willow Pond.
