A sketch was approved through Resolution #P.C. 140-86. A Preliminary Plat through Resolution #P.C. 56-87. A Revised Sketch through Resolution #P.C. 120-87. A Sketch for six lots on Hillendale through Resolution #P.C. A Preliminary Plat through Common Council Resolution 63-87. 120-90. A Preliminary Plat for six lots through Resolution #P.C. 209-90. A Preliminary Plat through Common Council Resolution 7-91. A Revised Preliminary Plat throuqh Resolution #P.C. 233-91. Sketch for Land Division through Resolution #P.C. 197-91. 10.A Revised Preliminar; Plat through Common Council Resolution 329-91. WHEREAS, This subdivision was formerly known as Suburban Heights and the Final Plat for 11 lots substantially conforms to the Preliminary Plat for 56 lots approved in Resolution #P.C. 233-91, and a WHEREAS, All City Engineer concerns in their letter dated May 20, 1992 are to be rectified prior to signing the plat and the wetland delineation for Lot 11 is to be shown on the plat as depicted on the previous preliminary plats and sketches as well as a restriction on filling the wetland, Lots 7 and 8 are to have access restricted to the future Lakewood Drive, and WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission with three recommendations and that recommendations #2 and #3 has responded to the plat with a certification of No Objection are to be addressed prior to the signing the plat, and WHEREAS, The State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has certified that they have no objection to the final plat subject to correcting three technical items, and WHEREAS, the Developer is required to meet with residents and the alderman of that District to try to resolve the concerns based on the new information and concerns presented at the June 16, 1992, Plan Commission Meeting. 'm Resolution tPC133-92 - Page 2 June 16, 1992 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to delineating the wetland boundary on the Plat for Lot 11 and prohibiting filling of the wetland, the two recommendations of the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission (#Is 2 and 3), the remaining objecting agencies concerns, the City Engineer's review dated May 20, 1992, payment of all applicable subdivision fees, and approval of subdivider's agreement and letter of credit.
