FENNIMORE LANE FOR CHARLES HENRICH
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted
on June 1, 1992, to construct a 20' x 20' second garage
and
structure at W132 S6680 Fennimore Lane for Mr. Charles Henrich,
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does meet the
setbacks of the zoning district (RS-Z/OED) and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence
and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
interest automobile and the Plan Commission has authority to
for the storage of lawn and garden equipment and a special
approve the type and size of second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 20' x 20' second garage structure at W132
S6680 Fennimore Lane for Mr. Charles Henrich.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
