WHEREAS, Hardee's Inc. of Muskego submitted a request on May
26, 1992 for a temporary sales banner for the purpose of
advertising a new product, and
WHEREAS, The banner is 20 feet long and four (4) feet wide
and is located on the north side of the building (facing
Janesville Road) and Hardee's is requesting to keep the banner
in place until July 31, 1992, and
temporary signs as stipulated in Section 17:6.09 (12) of the
City's Code of Ordinances and the proposed temporary sales
banner meets the criteria in that section of the Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to regulate
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the temporary sales banner for Hardee's
Inc., of Muskego until Friday, July 31, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Building Inspection Department, the
applicant shall obtain said permit.
