located at S76 W17527 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Dr. David Hofmeister is requesting to amend the
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-3 and Dr. Hofmeister is
requesting the placement of a 10' X 16' shed to be placed where
the dumpster is presently located and to move the dumpster
closer to Janesville Road and to place an enclosure around the
dumpster, and
WHEREAS, The wooden shed would contain a lawnmower,
snowblower, and miscelaneous lawn equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised building, site and operation plan.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the trash shelter be located
parallel to the front of the building not counting the porch.
