APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 123-92
LYNN KURER AT W143 57890 DURHAM DRIVE I AMENDED
WHEREAS, Mrs. Lynn Kurer is requesting to amend the
W143 S7890 Durham Drive, and
building, site, and operation plan for her property located at
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2/00S and R-2 which was
building, site and operation plant was approved through
approved through Common Council Resolution #39-89 and a
Resolution #P.C. 39-89 (amended) which stipulated the use of
seven buildings, and
the buildings in Resolution #P.C. 39-89 as noted on the
attached sketch (Exhibit 1):
1. Buildings #1 and #2 would be used for storage (personal
belongings).
2. Building #3 is the existing duplex.
3. Buildings #4, #5, and #6 would be used for rental area
(transit trucks), Building #4 is a shed attached to barn which
would store outside siding only, Building #5 is the existing
barn which would be used for car rental, Building #6 is an
existing shed which would be used for storage of tractors,
cars, own personal equipment and rentals.
4. Building #7 is the proposed new structure which would be
used for storing farm equipment by the owners or farm equipment
used by anyone farming the land.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the following uses of

WHEREAS, Mrs. Kurer wishes to amend the building, site, and
operation plan in the following manner:
1. The uses of buildings #1, #2, #3, #4, and #6 would remain
the same.
2. Building #5 now used for rental would be used for personal
use.
3. Building #7 would be enlarged from 135' X 40' to 200' X 40'
and would be used for rental space as well as storage of
personal belongings, and livestock.
the revised building, site and operation plan subject to the
submittal of a revised plan depicting the numbered building
meets all setbacks from Durham Drive as well as the setbacks
locations with the assurance that the 200' X 40' buildings
for buildings housing livestock.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Buildings #1, #2 and #3 are on
the east side and there shall be no rental.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Building #5 now used for rental
would be used for personal use such as Mrs. Kurer's corvette,
tractors, and fencing supplies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The long-term rental in Building #7
would be to store cars, boats, and recreational vehicles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The amended building, site and
operation plan will be reviewed in one (1) year by the Plan
Commission to ensure that Building #7 is constructed within one
(1) year.
