WHEREAS, A certified survey map for a two (2) parcel land
divide land in the SW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway,
and
division was submitted by Verna Acker for Chester and Johanna
WHEREAS, A certified survey map for a one (1) parcel land
Mantey on May I, 1992, to divide land in the SW 1/4 of Section 3
through Resolution #P.C. 112-92 and by the Common Council
in the Town of Norway which was approved by the Plan Commission
through Resolution #144-92 and this proposed division is a
redivision of the Certified Survey Map approved in Resolution
#P.C. 112-92, and
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) parcels
