BRENTWOOD DRIVE FOR JOHN ELLIS
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted
on May 15, 1992, to construct a 8' x 16' second garage structure
at W145 57057 Brentwood Drive for Mr. John Ellis, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does meet the
setbacks of the zoning district and the architectural appearance
would be compatible with the applicant's residence and the
surrounding area, and
for the storage of lawn mowers, snowblower, bicycles, wood,
sports equipment and miscelaneous household material, and the
Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of
second garage structures.
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 8' x 16' second garage structure at W145 S7057 Brentwood
Drive for Mr. John Ellis.
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
