RESOLUTION #P.C. 120-92
NORDIC RIDGE, SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Nordic Ridge
Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway was
submitted on May 21, 1992, for a 37 lot subdivision, and
188-91 on October 1, 1991 by the Plan Commission and the Common
Council on October 8, 1991 in Resolution #247-91, and a revised
Preliminary Plat was approved by the Plan Commission in
Resolution #P.C. 70-92 and by the Common Council in Resolution
#95-92, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #P.C.
Plat indicated 23 single family lots and 14 duplex lots and one
outlot, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat and the revised Preliminary
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved Preliminary Plat and Revised Preliminary
Plat, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway and
being paid.
