AMENDED
Resolution #P.C. 184-91 which included 10 conditions, and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Grant #58 was approved through
site be completed as per the site plan by June 1, 1992, and
WHEREAS, The new property owner is requesting that a
WHEREAS, Condition number 7 required that landscaping of the
split-rail fence be placed on the property in lieu of the
landscaping, and
WHEREAS, The owner is also requesting to amend the
Conditional Use Permit by; increasing the number of automobiles
in the front of the building and eliminating the yearly review
of parking, by eliminating the original proposed signage and
replacing with neon window signs, and by extending the operating
hours on Thursday and Friday evenings to 8:00 P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised landscaping plan subject to the submittal of a
revised site plan depicting the split-rail fence, approve the
elimination of the exterior flat wall sign by replacing it with
Thursday and Friday evenings to 8:00 P.M. between February and
interior neon window signs, and extending the operating hours on
October.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the number of automobiles
shall be increased to ten (10) vehicles; that the lilac bush be
removed and replaced with a pine tree, the tree remain as shown
on the site plan, and the split rail fence replace the
perimeter landscaping and eliminate the flat wall sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, an amended Conditional Use
Permit be recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds
which shall include the operational conditions of the grant and
reference to the amended site plan which is to be kept on file
at the City of Muskego.
