FENNIMORE LANE FOR ROBERT AND JOYCE CARDENAS
WHEREAS, A survey and construction information was submitted
RESOLUTION #P.C. 118-92
on May 26, 1992, to construct a 12' x 16' second garage
structure at W132 56812 Fennimore Lane for Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Cardenas, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage does not meet the
setbacks of the zoning district and will require a variance from
the Board of Appeals, and the architectural appearance would be
compatible with the applicant's residence and the surrounding
area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used
for the storage of a pool accessories such as pool filter, pump,
lawn furniture, hoses, ladders, lawn mower, snowblower, garden
tools and supplies, and miscelaneous household material, and the
Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of
second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 16' second garage structure at W132 S6812 Fennimore
Lane for Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cardenas subject to a variance
being obtained from the Board of Appeals.
to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department before
construction can begin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
